Is there any cost to join Hollister House Rewards?
No, Hollister House Rewards is completely free to join.
What are the perks of being a House Member?
As a member, you'll earn points on every purchase and a $5 Reward every time you hit 12,500 points. You'll also get free shipping on orders over $59, a birthday gift, half birthday gift, access to exclusive offers, early access to select product and more!
How do I join Hollister House Rewards?
Join online at HollisterCo.com or see an associate to sign up at participating Hollister or Gilly Hicks stores* or online at HollisterCo.com, GillyHicks.com or through the respective Apps by providing your first name, last name, email address, and phone number (optional).If you created an account with us at HollisterCo.com prior to June 2016, you're already a member!

I did not receive my welcome offer, what happened?
Your welcome offer will be automatically added to your member profile and can be applied at checkout. It will also be delivered via email. Check your spam folder or confirm the email address you used to register. If the email address you provided at enrollment was incorrect or misspelled, you may not have received the offer. Contact us at 1-844-431-7740 with further questions. Reminder: if you signed up in store, your associate applied your welcome offer at checkout.
Will I receive a member card?
No. We're an app family here. Download the Hollister or Gilly Hicks app for iOS or Android to access your account dashboard and Hollister House Rewards ID anytime, anywhere. Don't have the app? Associates can look you up at checkout using your email address or phone number.
Can someone else use my Hollister House Rewards Membership?
No. Your Hollister House Rewards membership is 100% yours. So, don't transfer or sell your points, okay? If you do, we might have to take away your points or cancel your membership entirely (and we 100% want to avoid that).
Can store associates join Hollister House Rewards?
Y-E-S. Everybody's welcome to join, associates included. Associates may be excluded from certain promotions, though.

What are Hollister House Rewards Points?
Use your Hollister House Rewards ID at any US Hollister or Gilly Hicks store* or online to earn points on every purchase. Every $1 you spend = 100 points and every 12,500 points you earn = a $5 Reward. We’ll also hook you up with points just for downloading the Hollister or Gilly Hicks app and completing your profile!

Where can I track my Hollister House Rewards points balance & Membership details?
Access your Hollister House Rewards dashboard anywhere, anytime on the Hollister or Gilly Hicks app or at HollisterCo.com.
How many Hollister House Rewards points can I earn in a year? Do they expire?
You can earn up to 1,000,000 points or $400 in Rewards a year. (Goals.) As long as you make one Hollister purchase a year, your points won't expire on you.
Why do I have negative Hollister House Rewards points?
We automatically deduct points to issue you Rewards, and we also automatically deduct points if you return items which earned points on their initial purchase, which could result in your Membership having a negative point balance. Don’t worry, you may still be eligible to earn more points toward rewards. Keep making qualified purchases and you’ll earn more points and get a positive balance soon!
If I forget to log into my Hollister House Rewards Membership during a transaction, can I still earn points for my purchase?
Yes! Log into your member account at HollisterCo.com within 30 days of your purchase and enter the transaction info in the "History" section. We'll make sure you get those points.
What should I do if my Hollister House Rewards points are not showing up?
Hollister House Rewards points can take a few days to hit your account. So, if you don't see your points yet, don't sweat it. If you shopped online, your points will post once your order has shipped and your payment has been processed. If you're still worried, get your receipt handy and give us a shout at Hollisterco@HollisterCo.com or 1-886-426-1285.
Reward
What is a Reward & where can I use it?
Every 12,500 points you earn = a $5 Reward. Use that Reward towards purchases at any US Hollister or Gilly Hicks store*, at HollsterCo.com or in the Hollister or Gilly Hicks apps.
*Excluding San Francisco Premium Outlet, Katy Mills Mega Outlet, Gurnee Mills Mega Outlet, and Mall of San Juan stores.
How long are Rewards valid?
Rewards expire 90 days after they are issued so be sure to keep track of upcoming expiration dates.
How can I use my Reward in store?
Have an associate scan your member ID at checkout to apply that reward to your in-store purchase. Don't have the app yet? Associates can look you up using the email or phone number associated with your account. Feel free to use your Reward in combination with any other payment type we accept. Things you can't use a Reward for: gift cards, e-gift cards, shipping and handling, delivery charges or gift wrap.
How many Rewards can I use in one transaction? What if I don’t use the entire balance?
You can use up to 3 Rewards in a single transaction. The entire value of each Reward must be redeemed in full. If you don’t spend the entire value of the Reward on a given purchase, you will forfeit any remaining balance.
What happens if I apply a Reward at checkout, but cancel the transaction or remove the applied Reward?
If you didn't use it, you didn't lose it! We'll return the Reward to your account with the original expiration date.
House Rewards Gold Status
What are the perks of Gold Status?
Earn Gold Status to get an instant $5 Reward (plus a $5 reward every year you retain your Gold Status), 1.5x points on every purchase, and free standard shipping on every single order.
How do I become a Gold Status member?
You'll earn Gold Status when you spend $300 within a calendar year.
How do I keep my Gold Status?
To stay Gold, spend $300 before the end of the following year.
Help! I lost my Gold Status.
You probably returned a qualifying purchase before the end of the year. Go for Gold next year. We believe in you!
Travelling Customers
Can I earn points on purchases made outside of the US with my Hollister House Rewards account?
No, if you created your Hollister House Rewards account in the US, you can only earn points in the US.
Can I use my Reward in other regions that have Hollister House Rewards besides the US?
No, a Reward earned in the US is only eligible for use in the US.
Can I enroll in two regions at once?
No, please contact customer service at hollisterco@hollisterco.com or call us (list of toll free numbers).
Can I refer friends outside of my loyalty region?
No, all customer referrals for points can only be earned by referees that sign up in the same loyalty region as you.
