Pickup Point For most orders, allow 1-5 business days for delivery to your selected pickup point. Orders must be picked up within 5 business days (7 calendar days) of delivery. Please bring a government-issued photo ID. If your ID address doesn’t match the package label address, you’ll also need your tracking number and an alternative form of ID: (utility bill or statement, health or auto insurance card, property statement from a county or city website, or credit card statement). If package is not picked up within 5 business days (7 calendar days), it will automatically be returned to our warehouse and processed as a return. Anyone who lives at the same address as you can pick up your package using the tracking number and a government-issued photo ID that proves they live at the same address on the package label. They can also use an alternative ID to prove they live with you.	$7

For delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please allow 10-15 business days for delivery. For delivery to US Territories and APO/FPO addresses, allow three weeks for delivery. Gift Cards are shipped separately from merchandise.

Returns must be made within 30 days for refunds to process to the original form of payment.

Our size charts are based on the measurements below. Use a tape measure and these guidelines to determine your size. A friend might come in handy to help you with measuring. If you don’t have a tape measure, you can use a piece of string or ribbon and then measure it with a ruler. Please note: Garments may vary due to design and manufacturing differences.

Bust

Measure around the fullest part of your bust and keep tape level under your arms and across your back.

Under Bust

Wrap measuring tape just below your bust; the tape should fit snugly.

Find your Bra Size Step 1: Band Measurement Wrap measuring tape just below your bust; the tape should fit snugly. Step 2: Bust Measurement Measure around the fullest part of your bust. The tape should fit comfortably—not too loose, not too tight. Round to the nearest whole number depending on how you like your fit. Wear a bra with little or no padding when taking this measurement.

Step 3: Bra Size Centimeters: The above band and bust measurements can be used in the size chart to find your size. Inches: Add 5 inches to your band measurement and round down to the nearest even number, this gives you your band size. Subtract your band size from your bust measurement. The difference equals your cup size. 0" IN = A Cup 1" IN = B Cup 2" IN = C Cup 3" IN = D Cup

Example Bra Size Calculation (Inches): 31.5”(Band Measurement) + 5” = 36.5”. Round down to 36 (Band Size) Bust at fullest is 37.5”, round up to 38”(Bust Measurement). 38”(Bust Measurement) - 36”(Band Size) = 2” = C Cup Size Bra Size = 36C

1. CHEST

Measure around the fullest part of the chest area and keep tape level under your arms and across your back.

2. ARM

Slightly bend the elbow of your dominant arm. Measure from the base of your back neck to your shoulder, over the elbow, then down to your wrist where you would like your sleeve to end.

3. WAIST

Measure around the smallest part of your natural waistline where your body bends side to side.

4. LEG

Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of your ankle or leg.

5. FOOT LENGTH

Measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe. Measure both feet and choose the longer one if they are different lengths.
