What is Klarna Pay in 4?
Klarna Pay In 4 allows you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free installments that are automatically charged to your debit or credit card every 2 weeks.

How do I sign up for Pay in 4?
There is no sign up required! If you are eligible, the option will be presented to you at checkout. Your purchase must meet a minimum of $30, and a maximum of $1,500.
Is there a cost or credit check to use Pay in 4?
When you choose to pay in 4 interest-fee installments, Klarna may perform a soft credit check. This type of check will not impact your credit score or show up as a hard inquiry on your credit report. There is no cost to use Klarna Pay in 4 if paid on time.
How does the payment schedule work?
Your first installment will be due at the time the order is shipped. After that, your payment schedule will be provided to you. Further payments will be due every 2 weeks.
Can I use another form of payment with Pay in 4?
At this time, Pay in 4 is not able to be combined with any other payment method including gift card, e-gift card or merchandise credit.
Having trouble paying for your order with Klarna?
Please note, HCo. is unable to provide specific details if you’re not eligible to pay using Klarna. If you have any questions regarding your payment using Klarna, please contact Klarna customer service. If you are having any trouble placing your order with Klarna, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- Klarna may have rejected your application, we recommend using another type of payment method or placing your order for a smaller amount
- You may have outstanding payments on previous Klarna invoices
- You may have missed a required field at checkout
- Your order may not have reached the purchase threshold of $30
- Klarna only allows orders for customers that have a bill to & ship to country of US (APO/FPO is not eligible)
How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Klarna?
You can still make returns and exchanges with Pay In 4! Use our Digital Returns and Exchanges link here to start your return or exchange, or bring your order invoice to a local Hollister Co. store. For returns, any payments made will be refunded back to the original payment method, and the remaining payments will be cancelled. If part of your order is returned, your balance will be updated and any remaining payments will be automatically adjusted.
Is there a late fee if I miss a payment?
If a payment fails, Klarna may charge a late fee of up to $7 per installment. If you do miss a payment, Klarna allows for a grace period by retrying within 10 days. A reminder during this retry period is also sent. In the event that a payment is still not made after a 10 day grace period, a late fee of up to $7 is applied to the next installment due date. Klarna will only ever charge one late fee per installment.
Will Klarna receive and process my personal information?
In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, Klarna will collect certain details of your personal information, such as contact and order details. Klarna will receive this information in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.
How will Klarna handle my personal information?
Klarna will handle your personal information in accordance with the information in Klarna's privacy notice and Klarna's terms and conditions.
