Is there any cost to join Hollister House Rewards?
No, Hollister House Rewards is completely free to join.
What are the perks of being a House Member?
As a member, you'll earn points on every purchase and a £5 Reward every time you hit 12,500 points. You'll also get free shipping on orders over £59, a birthday gift, access to exclusive offers, early access to select product and more!
How do I join Hollister House Rewards?
You can sign up in any participating UK Hollister Co. ("Hollister”) or Gilly Hicks store, or online at HollisterCo.com or GillyHicks.com or through the respective Apps by providing your first name, last name, email address, and phone number (optional).
I did not receive my welcome offer, what happened?
Your welcome offer will be automatically added to your member profile and can be applied at checkout. It will also be delivered via email. Check your spam folder or confirm the email address you used to register. If the email address you provided at enrollment was incorrect or misspelled, you may not have received the offer. Contact us at Hollisterco@HollisterCo.com or 0808 234 0795 with further questions. Reminder: if you signed up in store, your associate applied your welcome offer at checkout.
Will I receive a member card?
No, your Hollister House Rewards ID is digital and is available in our Android or iOS app, it can also be found by logging in at Hollisterco.com via mobile web. Don’t have the app? At the register, you can give an associate the phone number or email address that you used to create your membership, and the associate can look up your Hollister House Rewards ID to link your purchase so you can earn points.
Can someone else use my Hollister House Rewards Membership?
No. Your Hollister House Rewards membership is non-transferable and is unique to you. You cannot transfer (or sell) points. Any memberships suspected of this may lead to forfeiture of acquired points and a possible suspension or termination of the account(s).
Can store associates join Hollister House Rewards?
Yes! Hollister House Rewards is open to participation from associates. Note, associates may be excluded from certain promotions.

What are Hollister House Rewards Points?
Hollister House Rewards points are earned on eligible product purchases when a Hollister House Rewards ID is provided at any UK Hollister or Gilly Hicks store location, online at HollisterCo.com, GillyHicks.com, or on one of the respective Apps. For every £1 spent, members will earn 100 points (see Hollister House Rewards Terms for full details). For every 12,500 points earned, members’ points will automatically be converted to a £5 Reward. There are many additional ways to earn points like signing into the HCo App and completing your profile!
Where can I track my Hollister House Rewards points balance & Membership details?
You can get 24/7 access to your Hollister House Rewards membership in our app, or by logging onto your membership at HollisterCo.com.
How many Hollister House Rewards points can I earn in a year? Do they expire?
You can earn up to 1,000,000 points or £400 value in Rewards a year. Points don’t expire as long as you make at least one eligible product purchase a year.
Why do I have negative Hollister House Rewards points?
We automatically deduct points to issue you Rewards, and we also automatically deduct points if you return items which earned points on their initial purchase, which could result in your Membership having a negative point balance. Don’t worry, you may still be eligible to earn more points toward rewards. Keep making qualified purchases and you’ll earn more points and get a positive balance soon!
If I forget to log into my Hollister House Rewards Membership during a transaction, can I still earn points for my purchase?
Yes! Members can login to their Hollister House Rewards account at Hollisterco.com and enter the transaction information in the “History” section within 30 days post purchase to manually add their points.
What should I do if my points are not showing?
Points usually post within 48 hours of your purchase, but can take several days. For online purchases, points do not post until 48 hours after the order is shipped and your payment type is charged. If you are concerned about missing points in your account, please reach Hollister House Rewards customer service at Hollisterco@HollisterCo.com or call us 0808 234 0795 and have your receipt available.

What is a Reward & where can I use it?
Rewards can be issued in denominations of £5/10/15/20 (depending on how many points a Member has earned), and the certificates can be redeemed at any UK HCo store or online at HollisterCo.com (see Hollister House Rewards Terms for full details).
How long are Rewards valid?
Rewards expire 90 days after they are automatically issued to you, so be sure to use them!
How can I use my Reward in stores?
An associate can look up your Hollister House Rewards ID using a phone number or email address associated with your Hollister House Rewards Membership, or by scanning your digital Membership ID via the app or mobile web. The associate will be able to view your available rewards and apply them to your transaction. Rewards can be applied towards the purchase of any merchandise sold, but is not valid for the purchase of gift cards, e-gift cards, shipping & handling or delivery charges, and gift wrap. Rewards can be used in addition to all other payment types HCo accepts.
How many Rewards can I use on a transaction? What if I don’t use the entire balance?
You can use up to 3 Rewards in a single transaction. If you don’t spend the entire value of the Reward on a given purchase, you will forfeit any remaining balance. (Some exclusions apply. See Hollister House Rewards Terms for full details).
What happens if I apply a Reward at checkout, but cancel the transaction or remove the applied Reward?
Your Reward will be returned to your Membership with the original expiration date applicable.

How do I become a Gold Status member?
You'll earn Gold Status when you spend £300 within a member year.
How do I keep my Gold Status?
To retain your Gold Status, spend £300 before the end of the following member year.
Help! I lost my Gold Status.
☹ You probably returned a qualifying purchase before the end your member year. Go for Gold next year. We believe in you!
Travelling Customers
Can I earn points on purchases made outside of the UK with my Hollister House Rewards account?
No, if you created your Hollister House Rewards account in the UK, you can only earn points in the UK.
Can I use my Reward in other regions that have Hollister House Rewards besides the UK?
No, a Reward earned in the UK is only eligible for use in the UK.
Can I enroll in two regions at once?
No, please contact customer service at hollisterco@hollisterco.com or at 0808 234 0795.
Can I refer friends outside of my loyalty region?
No, all customer referrals for points can only be earned by referees that sign up in the same loyalty region as you.
