Online Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your order – but just in case something isn’t quite right, we’ve made it easy to make a return.
NOTICE: As of October 1, 2022, we do not accept returns of the following items:
- Female swim bottoms if the hygiene liner has been removed
- Female underwear, including individual units and packs (if removed from their box or packaging)
- Male underwear, including individual units and packs (if removed from their box or packaging)
We do not process exchanges for items purchased online. If there is an item you would like to exchange, we suggest you return that item and place a new order for the item you want.
Return or Exchange of Merchandise Purchased Online
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can bring your merchandise to your local Hollister Co. store in Mainland China or send your merchandise back to us at:

Call SF Express at 95338 or scan SF Express Wechat account QR Code to arrange pickup of your return. Please notify SF Express the return package is paid by consignee. You don’t have to pay the shipping fee upon handing over the return package to SF Express. A charge of 20 RMB will be deducted from your refund when we process your return.
If you choose to use your own carrier you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note, if you contact us at the above phone number, you may incur standard long-distance charges.
We refund any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original shipping invoice to the original payment method if return is shipped to us within 14 days of delivery.
Once we process your return, you will receive an email notification regarding your refund.
Orders billed in any currency other than CNY cannot be returned or exchanged in a Hollister Co. store location in Mainland China.

Holiday Return Policy: With the original receipt, merchandise purchased between November 1 and December 31 may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price in the original form of payment through January 31 the following year.
