In Store Returns & Exchanges
Store Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your order — but just in case something isn't quite right, we've made it easy to make a return or exchange.
NOTICE: As of October 1, 2022, we do not accept returns of the following items:
- Female swim bottoms if the hygiene liner has been removed
- Female underwear, including individual units and packs (if removed from their box or packaging)
- Male underwear, including individual units and packs (if removed from their box or packaging)
If the merchandise is in its original condition with its original price tags, you may return and/or exchange it only at the same store location and brand (example: Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister Co.) in Mainland China from which you purchased it. We cannot return merchandise that is mailed to our stores.
Returns with Original Receipt: Within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund of the value of the merchandise based on the original form and amount of payment.
Promotional Returns: If part or all of the qualifying purchase from a promotional offer period is returned and results in the original transaction falling below the qualifying purchase threshold, the return amount or, if applicable, any promotional card, coupon, etc., will be reduced to reflect the terms of the promotional offer you would have qualified for in the original transaction without the merchandise returned.
Defective Merchandise: If you believe that the item you purchased is defective, please bring it with your proof of purchase to the same store location and brand in Mainland China where you purchased it for inspection. If, within 30 days of the date of your purchase, you bring in the defective item to our store and you provide proof of purchase, we will exchange it for the same item or an item of equal value, or we will refund the value of the merchandise based on the original form and amount of payment. If it is impossible to refund the value of the merchandise on the original form of payment or you are unable to provide sufficient proof of purchase, we will exchange the item for the same item or an item of the equal value. If, after 30 days from the date of your purchase, you bring in a defective item to our store and you have proof of purchase, we will exchange it for the same item or an item of equal value.
Gift Cards: Gift card sales are final. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. Note, gift cards may not be available in every country.
This policy is delivered to you together with the merchandise that you purchased from the store and constitutes a part of the agreement between you and us with respect to the purchase. This policy does not affect and shall not be construed as affecting your statutory rights.
To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, we also reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Policy from time to time.
Holiday Return Policy: With the original receipt, merchandise purchased between November 1 and December 31 may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price in the original form of payment through January 31 the following year.
