Hollister Club Cali Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Hollister Club Cali. This is intended to describe Hollister Club Cali and the terms for your participation in Hollister Club Cali, which includes our Site Use terms (these terms and conditions referred to as "Terms" below).
Where Is It Available?
Hollister Club Cali is currently only available to residents in the United States. The special offers and promotions available as part of Hollister Club Cali may only be redeemed in Hollister stores located in the United States or online at HollisterCo.com.
How Does It Work?
Becoming a Member. Join Hollister Club Cali by creating a member account online at HollisterCo.com. Once you are a member, you will receive an email confirming that you have signed up. Only one Hollister Club Cali membership is permitted per person and per email address.
Registering Purchases. When making a purchase in one of our stores, you may register your purchase with your Hollister Club Cali membership at checkout by having the associate scan your Hollister Club Cali ID, available through the "My ID" button. You may also request that the associate look up your membership through your ten digit telephone number or your alternative lookup number provided when you registered to become a member on HollisterCo.com or with Hollister Club Cali. When making purchases online, just sign in to Hollister Club Cali prior to making the purchase.
Purchase History. When you provide your Hollister Club Cali ID during checkout at a Hollister Co. store, or are signed into your membership during checkout online, your purchase may populate on the ‘My Orders’ section in your account and you may be able to view details for purchases made either in store or online. Past purchases you made at a store when providing your Hollister Club Cali ID may also populate in your account.
What Are the Perks of Being a Hollister Club Cali Member?
Exclusives/Offers. Hollister Club Cali members have access to program benefits such as special discounts, promotional giveaways, sweepstakes and contests only offered to Hollister Club Cali members and, if you have provided us with your birthday on your HollisterCo.com account, a special birthday surprise sent to you for your birthday each year (all of these are "Hollister Club Cali Offers"). Hollister Club Cali Offers may be subject to conditions and limitations, as indicated in the "details" associated with the Hollister Club Cali Offer ("Hollister Club Cali Offer Details"). You may not give or transfer your Hollister Club Cali Offers to anyone else.
If I Become a Member of Hollister Club Cali, Will I Get Other Emails from Hollister?
When you become a member of Hollister Club Cali, you will receive membership emails regarding special members only offers and events, as well new features of the Hollister Club Cali website. While signing-up for Hollister Club Cali, you can also tick the opt-in box to sign up to receive marketing emails from Hollister Co. about products and events at Hollister Co., which are in addition to Hollister Club Cali membership emails. Furthermore, when you scan or provide your Hollister Club Cali member ID at the store with a purchase, you will automatically receive an e-receipt at the email address listed with your account. While provided to members of Hollister Club Cali, the e-receipts are neither Hollister Co. marketing nor club membership emails, but merely confirmations of your store purchases.
Please note that each Hollister Co. marketing, club membership, and e-receipt emails will include an opt-out link should you no longer want to receive any of these types of Hollister Co. emails. If you opt out of receiving emails from Hollister Club Cali, you will be opting out of both Hollister Co. marketing and club membership emails, but you will still receive e-receipt emails that confirm your store purchases. Likewise, if you are a Hollister Club Cali member and opt-out of receiving marketing emails from Hollister Co., you will be opting out of club membership emails as well, but not e-receipt emails. You will still be able to access your membership, but you will no longer receive any Hollister Co. marketing or club membership emails. Last, if you only opt-out of receiving e-receipts, you will still receive Hollister Co. marketing and club membership emails.

How Must I Use My Hollister Club Cali Offers?
When & Where. You must use each Hollister Club Cali Offer during the period specified in the Hollister Club Cali Offer Details. Whether each Hollister Club Cali Offer may be used in stores, online, or both will be indicated on the Hollister Club Cali Offer or in the Hollister Club Cali Offer Details.
Use of Hollister Club Cali Offers. HOLLISTER CLUB CALI OFFERS MAY NOT BE COMBINED WITH OTHER HOLLISTER CLUB CALI OFFERS OR OTHER PROMOTIONS. However, some Hollister Club Cali Offers may be used on redline merchandise, as indicated in the Hollister Club Cali Offer Details. Hollister Club Cali Offers may only be used once. If you purchase merchandise using a Hollister Club Cali Offer and then return the merchandise, you will not be issued a new Hollister Club Cali Offer. You will be tendered back only the amount actually paid for the merchandise. Lost Hollister Club Cali Offers will not be replaced.
May Associates Become a Member of Hollister Club Cali?
Associates are permitted to become a member of Hollister Club Cali, but will not be able to participate in all of the Hollister Club Cali Offers. Hollister Club Cali Offers may not be combined with the associate discount, but the associate will get the higher of the discounts. If a Hollister Club Cali Offer excludes associates, the Hollister Club Cali Offer Details will indicate that associates are excluded from the offer.
How Can I Cancel My Hollister Club Cali Membership?
We don't think anyone will want to stop getting the great benefits of Hollister Club Cali, but if you decide you want to cancel your Hollister Club Cali membership, you can email us at Privacy_Policy@HollisterCo.com.
If you decide to cancel your membership, we will also cancel your account on www.HollisterCo.com. If you decide to cancel your Hollister Club Cali membership, all unused Hollister Club Cali Offers will be cancelled. If you subsequently sign up to become a member again we will not reinstate your previously cancelled unused Hollister Club Cali Offers.
If you choose to cancel your Hollister Club Cali membership but have separately signed up for Hollister emails, you will be opting out of both membership emails and marketing emails. And cancelling your Hollister Club Cali membership will also cancel your receiving e-receipts to your email address.
General Terms of Hollister Club Cali
Hollister reserves the right to suspend or cancel any Hollister Club Cali membership and participation in the Hollister Club Cali program at any time for any reason.
The Hollister Club Cali membership and benefits is offered at the discretion of Hollister and Hollister reserves the right to cancel the Hollister Club Cali program at any time with or without notice to Hollister Club Cali members. Hollister Club Cali Offers issued to you prior to the notification of cancellation of the program will remain available during the period indicated on the Hollister Club Cali Offer Details.
All title and intellectual property rights in and to any content that you may access, view, stream, or download from the Hollister Club Cali site (including music, photos and videos) remains the sole and exclusive property of Hollister or its licensor and your use of such content is subject to the restrictions imposed by these Terms as well as applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. You may not use content in a manner that exceeds the specific rights granted and you are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, selling, re-licensing or distributing content. You agree that you will not interfere with Hollister's or its licensors' rights to their content and that you will not circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, any technology or methods used by Hollister or its licensors to prevent the unauthorized reproduction or distribution of content accessible via Hollister Club Cali.
Hollister reserves the right to change these Terms with or without notice.
By agreeing to participate in the Hollister Club Cali program, members release Hollister Co., its parent and subsidiaries and affiliate entities, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") from all liability with respect to the Hollister Club Cali program (including all Hollister Club Cali Offers), the misdirection or misuse of any Hollister Club Cali Offer, or the use of any Hollister Club Cali Offer by an individual other than the Hollister Club Cali member to whom the Hollister Club Cali Offer was sent.
The Released Parties make no warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to Hollister Club Cali, membership in Hollister Club Cali, or any products or services related to Hollister Club Cali.
By participating in Hollister Club Cali, you hereby release the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and other expenses (including, without limitation, attorney's fees) relating to your participation in Hollister Club Cali, use of Hollister Club Cali, or agreement to these Terms.
You are responsible for providing the correct email address to receive Hollister Club Cali Offers and to update your Hollister Club Cali membership should you change your email address.
Hollister Club Cali and these Terms will be governed by and construed under the substantive laws of the State of Ohio, without reference to conflict-of-laws considerations. Any claims must be raised and resolved in the federal or state courts located in Columbus, Ohio, United States.
