Pickup Point

For most orders, allow 1-5 business days for delivery to your selected pickup point.

Orders must be picked up within 5 business days (7 calendar days) of delivery. Please bring a government-issued photo ID. If your ID address doesn’t match the package label address, you’ll also need your tracking number and an alternative form of ID: (utility bill or statement, health or auto insurance card, property statement from a county or city website, or credit card statement).

If package is not picked up within 5 business days (7 calendar days), it will automatically be returned to our warehouse and processed as a return.

Anyone who lives at the same address as you can pick up your package using the tracking number and a government-issued photo ID that proves they live at the same address on the package label. They can also use an alternative ID to prove they live with you.

For delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please allow 10-15 business days for delivery. For delivery to US Territories and APO/FPO addresses, allow three weeks for delivery. Gift Cards are shipped separately from merchandise.

For full refund to original payment method or merchandise credit, returns must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date of the last shipment or the actual delivery date of the last shipment, whichever occurs later.

In-Store

Return to an eligible store for a refund to be credited to the original form of payment.
Bring your merchandise in its original condition.
Show your ship confirmation email or invoice.

Online

Start your return online and use the emailed return label or QR code to send your merchandise back. A fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund for the use of this label.
You will receive an email confirmation upon our receipt of your return package.
