Online Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your order – but just in case something isn’t quite right, we’ve made it easy to make a return or exchange.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and it's in its original condition, return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following terms. The following terms do not affect your right to cancel. For more information, please visit our Right to Cancel section in the Sale Terms here.
Return or Exchange of Merchandise Purchased Online
We offer two effortless ways to return or exchange your order.
1. Submit a return or exchange online!
To receive your refund to your original payment method**, your online return must be initiated within 30 days of the estimated delivery date or actual delivery date of your last shipment, whichever date is later.
Gold Status Hollister House Rewards members receive an additional 30 days, for a total of 60 days for returns/exchanges. Returns made within 60 days will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
• To qualify you must already be at Gold status on the date you placed your order.
We’ve made it easy to make a return or exchange online – click here to get started.
So that we can track your return with you, please use our return service with our preferred
carrier. Please note that you will receive a return label via email for your return/exchange.
For returns, a fee of €5 will be deducted from your refund if you use either the label in your
package or the label that is emailed to you. Exchanges are free of charge.
Your refund or exchange will be initiated as soon as we’ve confirmed we have received your return.
2. Head to your nearest HCo store.
To return or exchange your merchandise at a Hollister Co. store, please bring your items, an order confirmation email or your loyalty account information. Orders can only be returned at a store in the same country where the order was delivered. Please note that we do not accept exchanges without your receipt, invoice, or order confirmation.

Important Return Information
Please note that any purchases shipping to Poland are not eligible for a faster refund at carrier scan. We will issue your refund after your return is delivered and processed at the distribution center.
We do not accept returns of the following items:
- Female swim bottoms if the hygiene liner has been removed
- Female underwear, including individual units and packs (if removed from their box or packaging)
- Male underwear, including individual units and packs (if removed from their box or packaging)
For returns or exchanges of personal care items (i.e. perfumes, candles, etc.), you can only return/exchange in-store or use the “Ship it Myself” option on the Start My Return page to mail them back using your own carrier.
Norway customers can only return/exchange by using the “Ship it Myself” option on the Start My Return page to mail item(s) back using your own carrier.
Holiday Return Policy: With the original receipt, invoice, or order confirmation, merchandise purchased between November 1 and December 31 may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price in the original form of payment through January 31 the following year.
**If you placed an order in store and paid cash, any refunds, cancellations or returns will initiate an email allowing you to go back to a Hollister Co. store location in the EU within 10 days to receive your refund. If you do not return to a store within 10 days, an e-gift card will be sent to the email address used on your order.
