Returning Gift Cards / Merchandise Credits

Gift Cards, E-Gift Cards and Merchandise Credits are redeemable for merchandise only at all Hollister Co. locations and HollisterCo.com and cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards may be cancelled and replaced with a new Gift Card/E-Gift Card in the amount of the then remaining balance upon proof as required by Hollister Co. The terms and conditions of this card are governed by the laws of the state and country where the card is purchased. If the email message that contained an E-Gift Card is accidentally deleted, give us a call at 1.866.361.1892.
