Quality Return / Issues
On-line Purchase:
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your merchandise, you can send it back to: Standard Return Address at Hollister Co. Returns Department, 100 Hollister Co. Way, New Albany, OH 43054 or if you are a Continental US resident, you can use your Smart Label sticker from your shipping invoice. Please remember to include your invoice with the merchandise so we can credit you back. If you no longer have your invoice, we may be able to locate your order if you can provide the name and complete billing address used in the order or the credit/debit card used as payment in the order. Store Purchase:
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your merchandise, please return it to your closest store. If you still have your receipt, we can credit you back to your original form of payment. Without a receipt, we can only provide you with the last known value as merchandise credit.
