Price Adjustments

We are happy to process a price adjustment if your item (the same color and size) has been reduced within 14 days of the original purchase date. We only offer price adjustments for merchandise purchased at the original price (items originally purchased from the Clearance section are not eligible for price adjustments). Each item is eligible for only one price adjustment. If the original purchase was at one of our retail store locations, please return to the store with the item and your original purchase receipt. If you purchased the merchandise online, please email us at Hollisterco@Hollisterco.com. Include your order number, and the item(s) that are eligible for the price adjustment, and we'll take care of the credit.
