  • Gift Cards purchased at a Hollister Co.store are redeemable for merchandise only at a Hollister Co. store location or online at hollisterco.com.
  • Gift Cards purchased online may be used at hollisterco.com, or at any Hollister Co. store location.
  • Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  • Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • When merchandise is returned where a Gift Card is a payment type, the original Gift Card will be credited. A new Gift Card will not be issued.
  • Gift Cards do not have an expiration date.
  • Use of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance of its terms and conditions.
  • The terms and conditions of Gift Cards are governed by the laws of the state where the card is purchased.

E-Gift Card Details

E-Gift Cards are sent via email on the day you choose, upon payment approval. E-Gift Card processing time may vary by the time of day an order is submitted. Orders submitted after 4:00pm EST may not be processed until the following day. If you choose a future date, your payment card will not be billed until the date the E-Gift Card is sent. You will receive a copy of the E-Gift Card email when it is sent to your recipient.
