Gift Card Terms and Conditions

  • Redeemable for merchandise online or at any Hollister Co. location.
  • Not redeemable for cash unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  • When merchandise is returned, your original Gift Card will be credited.
  • No expiration date.
  • Purchases in a currency different than the currency of a Gift Card will be subject to the exchange rate conversion on the day of the purchase at a rate set by Hollister Co.
  • Lost or stolen Gift Cards may be cancelled and replaced with a new Gift Card in the amount of the then remaining balance, upon proof as required by Hollister Co.
  • Use of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance of its terms and conditions.
  • The terms and conditions of Gift Cards are governed by the laws of the state where the card is purchased.

E-Gift Card Details

E-Gift Cards are sent via email on the day you choose, pending credit card authorization. To send an E-Gift Card today, orders must be placed by 4:00 pm EST. If you choose a future date, your credit card will not be billed until the date the E-Gift Card is sent. You will receive a copy of the E-Gift Card email when it is sent to your recipient.
