  • Price Adjustments

    For orders shipped to the US and Canada, we are happy to process a price adjustment for you if we reduce the price of any merchandise (in the same color and size) that you have ordered from us within fourteen (14) days from the date that you submit your order. We offer price adjustments only for merchandise purchased at the original price. Each item that you purchase from us is eligible for only one (1) price adjustment.     Important Return Information
    • We refund any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice to the original payment method if mailed to the address listed above.
    • Merchandise must be returned in its original individual packaging where applicable (e.g. fragrance, shoe, or accessory boxes, etc.).
    • If your order was purchased using PayPal and returned to a store with your original invoice, a Merchandise Credit will be issued.
    • If you are shipping within the continental US, you can use the SmartLabel™ that was included at the bottom of your invoice. There is a $7.00 charge to use this service. This will be deducted from your refund.
    • If you choose to use your own carrier you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Orders placed on this site cannot be returned or exchanged at stores outside the US.
    • Nail polish cannot be returned to stores.
  • Exchange of Merchandise Purchased Online

    We exchange any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice. You have three options to exchange your merchandise:

    You are responsible for return shipping costs. Do not send any additional payment, such as a check, to cover a price difference for an exchange. Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the exchange is processed. Any additional method of payment will not be processed and will be returned to you by mail.

  • Return / Exchange of Merchandise Purchased at a Store

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the merchandise is in its original condition, you may return it in many of our Hollister Co. stores worldwide, subject to the terms of the return policy at the location processing the return. US returns are subject to the terms below.

    Within 60 days of purchase, if you have the original sales receipt, Hollister Co. will refund the value of the merchandise based on the original form and amount of payment.

    A Hollister Co. merchandise credit will be issued for any returns of previously exchanged merchandise, returns of purchases made with a gift card, returns made with the original sales receipt past 60 days from purchase or returns made with a gift receipt.

    Returns without the original sales receipt or a gift receipt and returns of merchandise purchased in another country will receive a merchandise credit in the local currency for the lowest price at which the merchandise has ever sold.

    If the price of the merchandise you purchased is subsequently reduced and you present the merchandise in its original condition with the sales receipt within 14 days of the date of your purchase, we will refund the difference between the price you paid and the reduced price. Only one price adjustment per item of merchandise is permitted.

    If your check is returned unpaid due to insufficient funds, we may electronically debit your bank account for the check amount and service fees allowed by your locality.

    Hollister Co. requires a driver’s license or other identification (e.g., school identification) for any merchandise return without a sales receipt. We use an electronic system to access and record information from your identification to monitor and limit the number of unreceipted returns. We maintain the right to refuse returns from customers who exceed a specified number of unreceipted returns. If you do not allow us to use your driver’s license or other acceptable identification for return purposes, we may refuse your return. We reserve the right to refuse any returns.

    Purchases made at a Hollister Co. outlet location may only be returned in an outlet location. We cannot return merchandise that is mailed to our stores. All sales of Gift Cards are final and will not be refunded. Gift Cards and merchandise credits cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

    Returns of merchandise purchased during promotional offer periods will be credited to the purchaser according to the terms and conditions of the promotional offer period in effect at the time of purchase. If part or all of the qualifying purchase from a promotional offer period is returned and results in the original transaction falling below the qualifying purchase threshold, the return amount or, if applicable, any promotional card, coupon or other promotional device balance, will be reduced to reflect the terms of the promotional offer you would have qualified for in the original transaction without the value of the merchandise returned. If complimentary merchandise received as part of a qualifying purchase is not included in a return that results in the original transaction falling below the qualifying purchase threshold, and the return transaction is insufficient to cover the value of the complimentary merchandise, you will only be eligible to receive a merchandise credit for the value of the return.

    Canada Duties and Taxes

    Important: When you place an order with Hollister Co., you authorize our customs broker to act as your agent with Customs and Revenue Canada to clear merchandise and process all duties and taxes. Duties and taxes will be charged to your order at checkout.

    Canada Delivery Terms

    1. Canadian customers (and not Hollister Co.) will be the importers of record and will be responsible for the payment of all customs duties, including any duties, taxes and levies imposed on imported goods under the Customs Act, the Customs Tariff, the Excise Act, the Excise Tax Act, the Special Import Measures Act, the Export and Import Permits Act, or any other law relating to customs, as well as any penalties, interest or fines imposed under any of the aforementioned statues (the "Customs Duties").
    2. Canadian customers (and not Hollister Co.) will be the importers of record and will be responsible for the payment of all applicable federal and provincial taxes, including federal Goods and Services Tax ("GST"), Provincial Sales Tax ("PST") and Harmonized Sales Tax ("HST") (the "Taxes").
    3. When you place an order at www.hollisterco.com, you authorize our customs broker to act as your agent with the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency ("CCRA") to clear merchandise and process all Customs Duties and Taxes, for which you are fully responsible as the importer of record
    4. In case of returns, simply affix the peel away return label to your package and return it to us using the carrier of your choice. Be sure to send it Shipping and Handling (S&H) prepaid; no CODs allowed. By using this label you authorize our customs broker to act as your agent with the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency ("CCRA") to clear merchandise and process all duty and tax refunds.
    5. In the case of merchandise that Canadian customers return to Hollister Co., Canadian customers agree that CCRA will send any refund of Customs Duties and Taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the Customs Broker, and that Canadian customers will obtain the refund directly from Hollister Co.. Canadian customers hereby authorize the Customs Broker to endorse any such refund checks issued by Revenue Canada in their name to Hollister Co..
    6. Canadian customers will be responsible for all transportation, storage, and insurance costs (the 'Shipping and Handling (S&H) Fees') and will purchase the goods from Hollister Co. Ex Works ('EXW') or Free on Board 'FOB' New Albany, Ohio ' i.e., ownership and the risk of loss or damage to the goods will pass to Canadian customers when Hollister Co. makes available or delivers the goods to the carrier.
    7. In case of loss, Canadian customers hereby authorize Hollister Co. to make a claim to the carrier on their behalf.
    8. The price that Canadian customers pay to Hollister Co. includes the Customs Duties, Taxes, and Shipping and Handling (S&H) Fees.
    9. By ordering goods from Hollister Co., I hereby authorize a licensed Canadian customs broker chosen by Hollister Co. to act as my agent, and to transact business with Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear my merchandise, account for applicable duties and taxes, to return merchandise to Hollister Co. and prepare and submit refund claims on my behalf for any merchandise that I return. I understand that CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the broker, and that I will obtain the refund directly from Hollister Co.. In this connection, I also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund cheque issued by CBSA in my name, so that Hollister Co. can be reimbursed.

    • Multiple contact attempts via email will be made for 10 days from the time of shipment to obtain the above information. After 10 days, eShopWorld may return your order to us, resulting in your order being canceled and a refund issued.
