The A&F Club Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The A&F Club. This is intended to describe The A&F Club and the terms for your participation in The A&F Club, which includes our Site Use terms (these terms and conditions referred to as “Terms” below).

Why Should You Become a Member of The A&F Club?

As a member of The A&F Club, you will receive free shipping with any online purchase of $150 or more, member only offers and promotions, access to an exclusive A&F video and photo gallery, custom digital wallpaper for your phone, tablet or computer, access to the A&F music playlist, special mixes and free downloads, ability to skip the line at special events, a members only birthday surprise and other interactive features. These benefits are explained in further detail below.

Where is it Available?

The A&F Club is currently only available to residents in the United States. The special offers and promotions available as part of The A&F Club may only be redeemed in A&F stores located in the United States or online at Abercrombie.com.

How Does it Work?

• Current Website Account Holders. If you have previously created an account on Abercrombie.com, you will receive an email from us letting you know that you are now registered as a member of The A&F Club. Your previously created account login and password allow access to The A&F Club site. Once signed in, you may access your A&F Club ID through the “My ID” link.
  
  
• Becoming a Member. Join The A&F Club by becoming a member online at https://TheClub.Abercrombie.com/ or on Abercrombie.com. Once you are a member, you will receive an email confirming that you have become a member of The A&F Club. Only one A&F Club membership is permitted per person and per email address.
  
  
• Store Finder and Check-In. Once you are signed in as a member, you can find the location of the nearest A&F store and check in once you arrive at the store. Check-In will only be available if you have a location-enabled mobile device and have enabled location services on your device so we can locate you to provide the correct store and to confirm your check-in. Upon checking in, you will receive a passport stamp showing the date and time you were at the store, which you will not be able to subsequently clear.
  
  
• Registering Purchases. When making a purchase in one of our stores, you may register your purchase with your A&F Club membership at checkout by having the associate scan your A&F Club ID, available through the “My ID” button. You may also request that the associate look up your membership through your ten digit telephone number or your alternative lookup number provided when you registered for an account on Abercrombie.com or when you signed up for The A&F Club. When making purchases online, just sign into The A&F Club prior to making the purchase.
  
  
• What are the Perks of The A&F Club?
  • Exclusives/Offers. The A&F Club members have access to program benefits such as special discounts, promotional giveaways, sweepstakes and contests only offered to A&F Club members and, if you have provided us with your birthday on your Abercrombie.com account, a special birthday surprise sent to you for your birthday each year (all of these are “A&F Club Offers”). A&F Club Offers may be subject to conditions and limitations, as indicated in the “details” associated with The A&F Club Offer (“A&F Club Offer Details”). You may not give or transfer your A&F Club Offers to anyone else. Another Exclusive is free standard ground shipping with any online purchase of $150 or more when shipping within the U.S. and its territories (including Puerto Rico).
    
    

Playlist/Music. The A&F Club members may stream music from our playlist on their own device for their personal, non-commercial use. Unless otherwise indicated, the music made available on The A&F Club site may be streamed only through the music player embedded in the site and may not be copied or downloaded. From time to time, The A&F Club may make certain music available to A&F Club members for free download. Downloadable tracks will be clearly identified on The A&F Club site and may be downloaded to your compatible device for your personal, non-commercial use only.

• Gallery/Lifestyle. The A&F Club members may access exclusive photos and videos through the Gallery section. From time to time, The A&F Club may make certain photos and videos available to The A&F Club members for free download. Downloadable photos and videos will be clearly identified on The A&F Club site and may be downloaded to your compatible device for your personal, non-commercial use only.

• Forecast/Weather. The A&F Club members who are logged in have access to 5-day weather forecasts for the city they’re in or for other locations by specifying a zip code. Logged in A&F Club members will also have access to a streaming video with suggested styles for the temperature and conditions of the given location. The videos may only be used for the member’s personal, non-commercial use and may not be copied or downloaded.
  
  

Please Note: We have tried to select a music player and a music/photo/video download process that will work on many devices. However, it is possible that your device may not be compatible with the music player embedded on The A&F Club site that is used to make our playlist available or the music/photo/video download process.

If I Become a Member of The A&F Club, Will I Get Other Emails from A&F?

When you become a member of The A&F Club, if you tick the opt-in box you will also sign up to receive A&F marketing emails in addition to membership emails. Both A&F Club emails and marketing emails will include an opt-out should you no longer want to receive A&F emails. In addition to membership and marketing emails, when you scan or provide your member ID at the store with a purchase, you will automatically receive an e-receipt at the email address listed in your account.  While provided to members of the A&F Club, the e-receipts are not membership or marketing emails, but merely confirmations of your store purchases.  If you have separately signed up for emails on Abercrombie.com, you will also receive emails from A&F about products and events at A&F, unless you have previously opted out from receiving these marketing emails. Please note that if you opt out of receiving emails from The A&F Club, you will be opting out of both marketing emails and membership emails, but you will still receive e-receipt emails that confirm your store purchases. Likewise, if you are an A&F Club member and opt-out of receiving marketing emails from A&F, you will be opting out of membership emails as well, but not e-receipt emails. You will still be able to access your membership and utilize The A&F Club site, but you will no longer receive any A&F Club membership or A&F marketing emails.

How Must I Use My A&F Club Offers?

• When & Where. You must use each Club Offer during the period specified in The A&F Club Offer Details. Whether each A&F Club Offer may be used in stores, online, or both will be indicated on the Club Offer or in The A&F Club Offer Details.
  
  
• Use of Club Offers. THE A&F CLUB OFFERS MAY NOT BE COMBINED WITH OTHER CLUB OFFERS OR OTHER PROMOTIONS. However, some A&F CLUB Offers may be used on redline merchandise, as indicated in The A&F Club Offer Details. A&F Club Offers may only be used once. If you purchase merchandise using an A&F Club Offer and then return the merchandise, you will not be issued a new A&F Club Offer. You will be tendered back only the amount actually paid for the merchandise. Lost A&F Club Offers will not be replaced.

May Associates Become a Member of The A&F Club?

Associates are permitted to become a member of The A&F Club, but will not be able to participate in all of The A&F Club Offers. A&F Club Offers may not be combined with the associate discount, but the associate will get the higher of the discounts. If an A&F Club Offer excludes associates, The A&F Club Offer Details will indicate that associates are excluded from the offer.

How Can I Cancel My A&F Club Membership?

We don’t think anyone will want to stop getting the great benefits of The A&F Club, but if you decide you want to cancel your A&F Club membership, you can email us at Privacy_Policy@Abercrombie.com.

• If you decide to cancel your membership, we will also cancel your account on www.Abercrombie.com. If you decide to cancel your A&F Club membership, all unused A&F Club Offers will be cancelled. If you subsequently sign up to become a member again we will not reinstate your previously cancelled unused A&F Club Offers.
  
  
• If you choose to cancel your A&F Club membership but have separately signed up for A&F emails, you will be opting out of both membership emails and marketing emails. And cancelling your Club membership will also cancel your receiving e-receipts to your email address.

General Terms of The A&F Club

• To know how we use your personal information submitted through The A&F Club, please review our Privacy Policy.
  
  
• A&F reserves the right to suspend or cancel any A&F Club membership and participation in The A&F Club program at any time for any reason.
  
  
• The A&F Club membership and benefits is offered at the discretion of A&F and A&F reserves the right to cancel The A&F Club program at any time with or without notice to The A&F Club members. The A&F Club Offers issued to you prior to the notification of cancellation of the program will remain available during the period indicated on The A&F Club Offer Details.
  
  
• All title and intellectual property rights in and to any content that you may access, view, stream, or download from The A&F Club site (including music, photos and videos) remains the sole and exclusive property of A&F or its licensor and your use of such content is subject to the restrictions imposed by these Terms as well as applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. You may not use content in a manner that exceeds the specific rights granted and you are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, selling, re-licensing or distributing content. You agree that you will not interfere with A&F’s or its licensors’ rights to their content and that you will not circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, any technology or methods used by A&F or its licensors to prevent the unauthorized reproduction or distribution of content accessible via The A&F Club.
  
  
• A&F reserves the right to change these Terms with or without notice.
  
  
• By agreeing to participate in The A&F Club program, members release Abercrombie & Fitch, its parent and subsidiaries and affiliate entities, and their respective, directors, officers, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”) from all liability with respect to The A&F Club program (including all A&F Club Offers), the misdirection or misuse of any A&F Club Offer, or the use of any A&F Club Offer by an individual other than The A&F Club member to whom The A&F Club Offer was sent.
  
  
• The Released Parties make no warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to The A&F Club, membership in The A&F Club, or any products or services related to The A&F Club.
  
  
• By participating in The A&F Club, you hereby release the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and other expenses (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees) relating to your participation in The A&F Club, use of The A&F Club, or agreement to these Terms.
  
  
• You are responsible for providing the correct email address to receive A&F Club Offers and to update your A&F Club membership should you change your email address.
  
  
• The A&F Club and these Terms will be governed by and construed under the substantive laws of the State of Ohio, without reference to conflict-of-laws considerations. Any claims must be raised and resolved in the federal or state courts located in Columbus, Ohio, United States.
