  • What are the charges for Shipping & Handling?

  • Want to work for a store or become a Hollister Co. model?

    If you are 17 or older, you can apply for a store position at any Hollister Co. store location. The models in our marketing start by working in our stores and then become eligible to be cast for Hollister Co. marketing campaigns.

  • What are the return and exchange policies?

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. Click here to view our return/exchange policy.

  • What if my merchandise does not fit?

    We recommend a Speed Exchange. A Speed Exchange is where you choose your replacement merchandise and we charge your original payment type for the replacement merchandise right away. We then ship the replacement merchandise to you at no cost for shipping. In the meantime, you send us your original merchandise and we will credit your original payment type once we receive the merchandise. You can process a Speed Exchange by clicking here. Otherwise, you can return or exchange your merchandise by sending it back to us, or going to your local store.

    Once your order is placed you will receive an email from us with your order number. You will receive another email when your order ships.

  • Can I return items to a store?

    Purchases made on this site  can be returned or exchanged at any Hollister Co. store in the US.

  • What if my items do not fit?

    We recommend a Speed Exchange. Order your merchandise today, we'll charge you for the new merchandise and waive your outbound shipping fees. Return your original merchandise (and receipt) to us. We'll process your credit when we receive your item.
