Return / Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund. We exchange or refund any original condition merchandise with a copy of your original invoice. If the item was purchased at the store, it must be returned at a store. Please do not send merchandise that was purchased at one of our store locations for return. Our Distribution Center cannot process any store returns. Your package will be returned to you.



Return:
We refund any original condition merchandise with a copy of your original invoice. If it was purchased online, you have a few options. You can 1) visit any Hollister Co. store, 2) send it back to our Standard Return Address at Hollister Co. Returns Department, 100 Hollister Co. Way, New Albany, OH 43054 or 3) if you are a Continental US resident, you can use the SmartLabel™ that was included at the bottom of your invoice. There is a $7.00 charge to use this service. This will be deducted from your refund.


All returns will be credited back to the original payment type. Any shipping and handling fees that were paid during an online order are non-refundable. By sending returns back to the Standard Returns Address or via SmartLabel™, credit card purchases will receive credit back to the credit card used. Checks will receive a merchandise credit. All purchases made with a gift card will be credited back to that original gift card. Please note that if you return merchandise without a receipt or invoice, we can only provide the last known value of the item in the form of a merchandise credit.



Exchange:
We exchange any original condition merchandise with a copy of your original invoice. To exchange your merchandise, you can 1) visit any Hollister Co. store, 2) send it back to our Standard Return Address at Hollister Co. Returns Department, 100 Hollister Co. Way, New Albany, OH 43054 or 3) if you are a Continental US resident, you can use the SmartLabel™ that was included at the bottom of your invoice. There is a $7.00 charge to use this service. This will be deducted from your refund. Please note we will waive your Shipping and Handling (S&H) on your new merchandise from the exchange.

Exchanges sent back to us from store purchases are not available at this time. Do not send any additional payment such as a check, to cover a price difference for an exchange. Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the exchange is processed. Any additional method of payment will not be processed and will be returned to you by mail.


Speed Exchange:
To complete a Speed Exchange click here. Speed exchanges must take place within 60 days of the original purchase. We will charge you for the new merchandise ordered, waive your new outbound shipping fees and send it out via Standard Delivery. While you wait for your new order, send us back the original merchandise. We'll credit your account once we receive it. Please note that Speed Exchanges can only be processed and sent to the original address. Quick Checkout is not available for Speed Exchange orders.
